الخطوات العملية

٤. تحقّق من شرط المشرف
بعض البرامج تطلب التواصل قبل التقديم، وبعضها يسمح به أو لا يشترطه. اتبع تعليمات البرنامج تحديدًا، ولا تفترض أن قاعدة جامعة أخرى تنطبق هنا.
٥. جهّز ملفًا مترابطًا
يجب أن تعكس السيرة وخطاب الغرض والمقترح قصة واحدة: خبرتك السابقة، سؤال البحث، سبب اختيار القسم، وما يؤهلك لتنفيذ المشروع.
٦. قدّم قبل موعد التمويل
قد يبقى القبول مفتوحًا بعد انتهاء المنافسة على المنح. إذا كان التمويل ضروريًا لك، فتعامل مع موعد التمويل على أنه موعدك الحقيقي.
٧. راجع ثم تابع
تأكد من اكتمال المراجع والمرفقات، واحفظ نسخة من كل طلب. استعد لمقابلة تشرح فيها الفكرة والمنهج والملاءمة، ولا تغيّر معلومات جوهرية دون تحديث القسم.

Define your research direction, check the department requirements, and confirm whether a supervisor must be identified before applying. Then prepare the proposal, CV, transcript, references, and language evidence. Treat the funding deadline separately from the admission deadline. A complete, tailored application to a well-matched programme is stronger than many generic applications.

1. Define your research direction in two sentences
State the problem, context, and likely approach. This is not the final proposal; it is your first filter for excluding programmes that do not fit.

Compare the department, research groups, supervisor expertise, and the facilities or data your project needs. Ranking alone does not demonstrate research fit.
3. Read the programme page carefully

4. Confirm the supervisor rule
